English version of 2click Update v4.0 Codename "Dimitris"

I am pleased to announce the availability of v4.0 for the English version of 2click Update. What's new in this version :

• One, unified Progress bar for all the process that are being executed


• Progress bar is more informative for what is being executed


• Fixed a bug using --force-yes to be able to install unsigned packages from user defined repositories
